I used to couldn't stand all of his fake science bullshite, but im all in on the workout and distancs thing. He's absolutely roasting the ball and going all in on this persona of getting huge.

Its riveting to watch, true performance art.

I’ve tried to like him and he seems like a good dude but I just can’t. I find myself rooting against him. Maybe it’s the douche canoe Hogan hat

I used to couldnt stand him, easily one of my top 5 least liked golfers, but ive done a 180 on at least watching him play. And he's been feeling himself and talking shite on Instagram and all that as well

What? That's the main knock against him. He's turned a finesse, artistic sport into a homerun derby

I don't feel one way or the other about him, but a lot of pundits and old timers think he's going to change the game, and most think for the worse. Basically that the courses they're playing weren't designed for driving ability. Could see rule changes coming eventually, think change the bat specs in college baseball that eliminated gorilla ball

I think a lot of the hate for him is a result of the media and commentators promoting the odd-guy persona for him. Now he has cashed in on it through advertising, but who can blame him.

196 ballspeed and almost 350 carry on the next hole. Both right down the middle of the fairway, its incredible.

And his swing is just so ridiculous which makes it even better

376 total!

I’m afraid his days will be limited. The body just isn’t designed to withstand that much torque.

I was going to say the same. The spine can only take so much no matter how good in shape he might be.

Fun to watch, but he will have a longer career if he dials it back 20%

We'll see, you can be that big and that flexible, you just have to be prudent. I really think these guys will be able to play a long time since they are so in tuned with their bodies

True, but I know a few longdrive guys that I competed against they can hardly stand up straight any more. I am glad now that I only did it for a couple of years.

Everyone is different and maybe he can hold up. But when you are swinging that hard and your timing gets a fraction off, it can be disastrous.

On the other hand, these guys Coaches, trainers, massage therapists and other support systems to keep them on the right path.

I decided he was a douche and I wasn’t going to like him, then I saw him on Feherty and did a 180. Funny how you can make someone into what you want.
