MCC initiation is around 30k right now and you do need member sponsorship.

I believe that is part of the initiation fee. You become a stockholder with the fee.

Some of the info here is out of date. Last I heard MCC initiation is up around 25k.

Its higher than that now. NOCC's is up the last few years as well.
