PGA says they do not have a vaccine mandate, so this may have been her not wanting to return to work since they were requiring her to do so (she has been working from home for 19 months and they were telling her to go back to regular work, not work from home). Doesn’t sound as simple as her being fired for refusing the vaccine like the OP suggested.

They say they review all “ religious exemption requests” but they “don’t have a mandate”. Something is fishy.

No, she didn’t have to get jabbed. She didn’t want to return to the office, which is what the PGA is mandating. Work from home days are over. The pandemic is over.
