Headed out to Pursell Farms this afternoon. Anyone played it? Everything I’ve read says it’s great.

Ross Bridge tomorrow afternoon.....I pretty much know what I’m getting there.

Nothing like two days in a row of weekday golf on someone else’s dime.

Have played both several times. Pursell farms is a hidden jewel. Just far enough away from everything so it’s not too crowded.
Ross Bridge always in great shape. Will be heading up there next month

You’re correct on the spelling. My apologies.

Always been intrigued by Pursell Farms and wanted to go play it. My mom lives in Wedowee, AL and there's not much in the area for golf courses when I'm there.

Gonna have to go make that trip.

I feel like I've played Pursell Farms after all the GM Golf and Good Good videos from there last year. Looks like a great, very playable course with super interesting holes.

Any other course recommendations in that area? Already playing Ross and Pursell - trying to squeeze 36 in on a Saturday. Was thinking judge course then one other right around there. Any thoughts from anyone familiar with that area?

If it was me I would play 36 at Ross Bridge. Course is top tier.

Farm links was also very cool, but I always think about getting to play RB again.

Pursell was in great shape yesterday. Shot a 76 (best round I’ve played in 5 years). I loved the layout. It’s a very forgiving course. We stayed on site and the accommodations are top notch.

Headed to RB to tee off in an hour. My expectations are pretty high for RB. Long night of drinking though so I do not foresee another round in the 70s today.

Valley and Ridge are very close to Ross Bridge. They are not on the same level, but if you want different scenery they are good courses close by. Highly recommend the Valley course over the Ridge if only playing one. Ridge is hard.
