I’ve not been to Bluejack National, but hear good things. Hoping this development gets off the ground and is awesome.

I would say a tuna flavored ranch.

Course is mediocre but the facilities are top notch. That is what it was planned to be, a place for the entire family to be able to play golf and have a good time. We had more fun off the golf course, I assume this will be the same. The DFW area doesn't have anything like this and will likely have an enormous waiting list when it opens.

Tiger is working with Beau Welling who also designed PGA Frisco's Fields Ranch West. If the greens are like Fields Ranch West they will be big, very fast and have challenging pin placements. The starter told us don't fire at the pins because if you do your ball will likely roll well past unless you are good at spinning the ball. He was right. The fairways though are wide and forgiving. I think I only missed two when I played it.

Any news about 3 Jack National?

Coore/Crenshaw might be able to preserve it.

RIP in Peace

It’s a great piece of land and I was pretty disappointed with what Tiger did with it. The facilities and environment are top notch though.

Tiger designed courses are more vanilla pudding than his press conference. They’re always in amazing condition, but the courses are fairly boring.

Back in the day I would occasionally play with a Blake family member.. I never knew that he had F.U. money until one day he mentioned that Blaketree was his family’s land.
