The PGA is barely a major, the had to move it to make anyone try and give a shite about it anymore.
And Norman would have had to shoot par or better to win that Masters in 96, it was a brutal day and yes he folded but Faldo shot a field best 67 and won by 5 shots.

BTW have you ever heard of Greg Norman? A guy that won 89 tournaments and spent 331 weeks as world #1 in Faldo's prime.

Mickelson didn't have the game to better the best of his peers. Faldo did, Faldo won more prestigious majors as well. Faldo wasn't a choke artist, nor a degenerate gambler or cuck.
Faldo was a better player and is a better person.

I know a guy who was a superintendent at a course that Faldo designed. Faldo is not a pleasant person to work with or be around.
