What’s one of those cakes anyway? 200-300 calories? You can easily work that into a 2500 +/- 500 daily intake.

I ended up buying “Periodic Table of Thickness”
I like that it’s 4 days which allows me to do cardio/take off Wednesday but still focuses on Squat/deadlift.

Good luck to getting back into it. I can honestly say i haven't done this many deadlifts since probably high school.... and that has been LONGER than a minute, LOL. But, I'm very happy with the end result and will keep DLs incorporated on a weekly basis.
