I'll also have you know that I'm stocked on Atkins microwave meals, romaine lettuce, rainbow carrots, and chicken. And unsalted almonds for crunchy cravings. I've only got about 20 pounds to lose so hopefully that journey won't be too long.
This is a joke right??

I just ordered the Viva Antarctic Krill Oil but just wondering how/why it was superior to the grocery store brand.
Because many times the grocery store brand is gotten hot and went rancid

Go to Alaska and catch own salmon and then put it in capsules by your own sterile machines. Money is no object

Nordic Naturals is what I take because my health nut/ supplement guru recommended it after he spent several hours researching. It’s worth spending more for quality when it comes to omega/fish oil

not if oyu arent lifting, getting in your zone 2, eating correctly and havent gotten down to 15-18% bodyfat atleast. those will yield much higher results.

I received my Antarctic Krill Oil from Viva and the label says it also contains Tilapia.
So is it really Krill oil or just bargain brand fish oil with a speck of Krill oil?

Been drinking this religiously for a few years now after a less than pleasant heart calc score. That’s some tart shite.

Update, 6mo bloodwork shows Tri's down into normal range but cholestoral still sky high. So the krill oil did something, but cholestoral still high, needle didn't move at all.

Did you eliminate the Atkins microwave meals? Those aren’t healthy.

Haven't eaten one in many months.

If you WFH pick one meal and stick to it religiously. Lunch is easiest for me because the rest of the family doesn’t want to eat like birds at dinner.
I have a chicken breast, mixed greens salad with cheddar and bacon bits and EVOO dressing. Damn near every day. My LDL went down 10 pts in the last 6 mths.

I like this. My provider recommended 3 months ago when my HDL was down. Bloodwork came back with good HDL level this go around. Will continue use. Taste isn't bad.

My LDL needs to be down 40+ points to get into normal range. Chicken breast and iceberg lettuce with evoo ain't gonna get me there. Having an argument with my Dr right now.
