I can get pretty stuff after a workout. I know it’s muscle vs skeletal differences.
Are there benefits for someone that really doesn’t have major aches?

I would never go to a chiropractor. If you have an injury then do PT. If not, try stretching or yoga.

Why not?

I've been to physical therapy for years for my neck doing all kinds of stretches and exercises.

I went to the chiropractor once and my neck pain was gone in 5 minutes.

This will sound strange but we bought an infra-red sauna ($1500) and use it after working out. Stiffness and soreness doesn't come up anymore. Even my wife noticed. I love that thing and no regret with the buy.

There are several "chiropractic" clinics around me that are sports oriented. I put quotation marks because I've never really gotten much of a typical chiropractic feel when I'm there. Not much in the wat of cracking backs and necks. Was very much like any physical therapist I went to. Plus some dry needling, graston scraping, suction cupping, etc.. Didn't go for regular soreness or anything. Just nagging pains due to endurance training and/or crossfit. Wasn't like a cure that had me walking out fixed, but it certainly helped.

You will have many comments like quakapractor or I’ll never see one, they are quakes

All from people who have never been. They work wonders for my back and when I had my initial injury the doctor told me, take pain pills or have surgery. Not something an in shape 24 year old wants to hear. Finally decided I would do anything for relief and went to chiropractor and got instant relief. 3 trips later and I was like new. I go about 2-3x per year now for last 15 plus years.

Now a days a really good one will do an mri, cray, full assessment. Then will recommend a treatment and strengthening. May include adjustment, dry needling, scraping, suction, message, strength training, stretching etc

I’m not suggesting they are miracle workers…they aren’t. Just like good ones aren’t quakes. They can be great for some, useless for others

In your case if it’s muscle…heat, stretching, message, muscle stim prolly better bet. But if you feel compressed, knotted up etc go see one.

Curious about the sauna. Any info or pics of the setup? Not even gonna ask about wife pics, LOL.

Go to Amazon and look up Kunsana one person ceramic infra-red sauna. It has a ceramic heating tube which heats it up much faster than a regular IR sauna. We paid $1400 tax and delivery included. My only regret is I didn't get a two person.

Sorry but I don't have an imgur to put up a pic. Also my wife is 60, still looks great, but I'll skip the pics. Lol.
