Vyvanse and Adderall are prescription only, controlled medications for a good reason. I'm not saying that they are bad necessarily

Adderall had to have been created by Satan himself. That shite is pure evil and has ruined so many lives.. I’ve seen it first hand

So have I, was trying to be open minded about the possibility that it actually serves some people well and I didn't want to paint with too broad of a brush. I've never taken either, I have no need to even entertain even the thought, but I've seen lots of people experience nothing but trouble from taking Adderall mainly, and Vyvanse to a lesser degree. It seems so rare to hear from someone who has nothing but good things to say about their experience on either. and not surprisingly....most of those folks seem kinda like tweakers...functional, job holding, car payment having, home owning tweakers, but tweakers all the same. I just don't trust it.

I'm not surprised that a discussion about caffeine attracted someone asking about amphetamines as this always happens. It amuses me. I'll stand by for this discussion's inevitable turn into the finer details about Zyn and different flavors of Zyn and "Where can I get some Zyn?" ugggh, fricking Zyn

Monster isn’t the highest mg caffeine. Typically around 160mg per 16oz so you are at 320mg from the two energy drinks.

Cup of coffee is typically 80-110mg depending on the roast with lighter roasts having more caffeine. Let’s just call it 80mg for you so that’s another 160mg. That gets you to 480mg caffeine before the pre-workout.

I have no idea how much caffeine is in the pre-workout but I would guess it’s at least 200mg.

So you are around 700mg+ depending on that pre-workout. FDA recommends staying below 400mg for the average person.
