What are you taking? I’m currently taking Glutathione, NAC, & TUDCA. Is there anything else out there I need to toss in my arsenal? I’m down to my last few vials of Gluta and probably won’t be ordering more for a while so was looking for other oral options out there.

Why aren't you going to order more?

I don't think I've ever taken anything specifically for liver, I probably need to as I have the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Isn't milk thistle supposed to be the main herbal/botanical for the liver. People who take it seem to be committed to it, but I'm not convinced it's worth adding it to my already too extensive daily regimen of supps.

No specific reason other than I’m tired of the IM shot. Trying to go all oral sups if possible. But gluta is supposed to be king

Gotcha, I know nothing about it, I thought maybe it was just really expensive, but according to the lastest qsc pricelist I'm seeing it looks pretty cheap, but then again I don't know the dosage either.

However, shots are always gonna be a bigger pain in the arse than a capsule. Is oral glutathione not any good? I see that bundled with milk thistle and other things whenever I look for otc oral supplements to support liver function/health, but again, the efficacy is what I wonder about.

Haven’t tried Q’s gluta but I have another source we use that’s tested very well.

Good question. I’m sure it’s a bioavailability issue

Been on milk thistle for over a decade. Don’t know if it’s doing anything, but it’s supposed to be good for your liver.

Turmeric supposedly also helps. I do a shot of Qunol liquid turmeric from Costco once or twice a week. Don’t over do it though, due to risk of kidney stones.

Turmeric! Helped me a ton. My labs are tremendously better after I started taking it.

I went a different route and tried Dose for the Liver, basically a 2oz shot of Turmeric, Dandelion, milk thistle and ginger. Its not cheap, but I needed to try something that was simple. I'm going to give it a go for 6 months prior to my next labs and see if it helps.

I pretty sure I can get these supplements in pill form for much cheaper.

last research i saw was that tudca should not be take long than 6-8 weeks without a 8-12 week break. Might be doing more harm than good taking it all the time if that is what you are doing.
