Need a rec for an OTC estrogen blocker or what mineral/herb/extract

You take it daily?

Yes at night. 150-300 mg. Used Codeage Liposomal DIM E+

Ok, scrolled through some, I see numbers all over the place. Looking for some advice.
64 years old, had my testosterone checked today, it’s 333. I have some fatigue issues, libido loss, things like that.
I see people starting therapy with higher numbers than me, but technically I’m within normal limits.
Should I talk to my md about starting?
he prolly isnt going to want to start you if talking general md, not at those numbers and your age
but yes I would. assuming you are already working out(lifting weights progressively), eating a lower carb, higher fat diet and in good shape then yea i would
i would also ask about cialis 5mg daily and possible getting a script for 20mg for days you know you will have sex. the 5mg will help heart and prostate health.
you may need to see a good urologist or a clinic that specializes in it.
I would shoot for numbers in the 800-1000 range at your age. but if you feel better a little higher, go ahead and bump a little.
prolly start at 150mg a week split into 2 shots taken subq in the stomach.

agreed, my numbers were similar and my family med doc said "normal" and declared it case closed from his point of view. the problem is that most primary care / family med providers don't know squat about HRT or what "normal" means or how the number for "normal" has changed over the years.
777 and others here know this already but most who start exploring this don't.
Can't hurt to ask him but don't be surprised if he says no - if he does, seek care from someone who knows what they're doing in that area. I switched to a doctor who specializes in HRT and then to Defy Medical via telemed. In contrast though, my wife's primary care doc had no issues prescribing TRT for her.

This is my situation. The wife can get testosterone but I cannot. My total is at 400 and free is at 61. Even though I have some symptoms of low T (low energy, low libido, brain fog) I can't get it prescribed because my level is in the normal range. I've been to a urologist and an endocrinologist and I am batting zero.

You need to find a full send it doc. You might wanna try one of those men's health type places that specialize in TRT. They're usually itching to get men started on TRT. Or, you could just order your test cyp off the internet and start dosing yourself.
If you opt for the latter option, you need to do bloodwork. I order my bloods from Good Labs. I started with a doc, but realized that's a racket and started dosing and ordering my own labs. There's a wealth of info. out there and it's not difficult to do all of this on your own.
Maybe lsu7 can chime in here. I hate it when people need TRT but these shite heel non educated on HRT docs won't prescribe it even when it's needed.

This is the way.

I talked to him, he’s actually open to me going on TRT. He brought up the options of gel or injections, I told him I preferred injections.
Basically he left the decision up to me, I’m seeing him again in March. I told him I was going to do some research on dosages and get back to him.
Any advice would be helpful.

Start at 150mg split into 2 dosages a week and take them subq. Go for 12 months and then check bloodwork and adjust based off how you feel

This link might help you in figuring dosage: mg to cc conversion.
You'll more than likely be using a 200 mg/cc or a 250 mg/cc test. Let's say you're using a 200 mg/cc test cyp at 160 mg per week. That equates to .40 ml injected twice per week.
I recommend dosing more frequently in order to avoid tall spikes and low valleys in dosage, but that's just me.

agreed
smaller doses on a higher frequency schedule can also help keep your estrogen in the proper balance (excess T gets converted to estrogen through a process called aromatization) and eliminate the "need" for taking an aromatase inhibitor (which can usually be addressed through dosing protocol instead of taking another med). Personally I'd go EOD but some people have a hard time remembering which day they're on - speaking purely for myself I pin daily but some guys I know say "no way!".
Whatever dose schedule you use, stick to it for 3-4 month minimum before making ANY changes. If / when you do make changes, repeat the 3-4 month stabilization time. At first, I'd go 6 - 8 month to account for the honeymoon phase to end.
Also be aware that when you first start you'll go through the "honeymoon phase" where your body continues to produce your own T, albeit not enough, in addition to the T you're adding. After a while your body will realize it doesn't need to keep producing it and stop and then you're on 100% exogenous T. For these reasons and others, I highly recommend you keep a log of what dosage you pin, date you pin it, and how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally as well as any unusual side effects like acne. For me it was a great tool to track my subjective feeling against where I was in the schedule and subsequently comparing that with lab results. I'm a nerd so I made a spreadsheet for this. In my case it was interesting that I noticed the most immediate change in my emotional well being, then mental, with physical as the trailing indicator. Again, expect a shift during and after the honeymoon phase. Additionally if you do go EOD a log will help when you have those "did I or didn't I pin?" times, just check your log.
If your doc gives you syringes you can probably toss them as they'll be large bore needles. Instead look online and get insulin syringes at Amazon or similar. I'm a fan of EasyTouch 1cc syringes with 29 gauge needles but anything similar should be fine. I get a box of 100 for $16. Since TestCyp is in an oil base, my previous doc tried to tell me you can't draw that through such a small bore needle - yes, you can but it helps to warm the vial first by putting it in your pocket or similar
For most people I agree with JackD, work with an HRT specialist who really knows what they're doing until you get dialed in and after that fly on your own and pull / interpret your own labs. After bouncing off a local HRT doc I ended up with Defy Medical - they offer telemed services and Dr Justine Saya is one of the biggest leaders in HRT. They're not cheap, but once I got dialed in I've managed my own care since then and UGL TestCyp is crazy cheap.
