4m @10:12 pace using run walk method.

Think this will be my strategy to get stronger. Much faster and feel better than my 5 m run last week.

The 40 minutes felt generous until the technicality of the trail meant you didn't want to wait around after finishing your lap. After awhile I couldn't get any food down and stay, and with 40 minutes per 2 miles I couldn't "speed it along" to get past my issues. So I just got worse and worse until I called it
