I’m looking into probiotics but it’s fairly overwhelming with the varied recommendations.

I want to find a brand that contains the best of the bacterial strains. Not even sure I know what those strains are..

What should I be looking for?

This is what I take and it has helped me with bloating and gas immensely.

garden of life is what i use. lots of options to choose from - diff CFU levels, refrigerated or shelf-stable. all of theirs are highly rated, non-gmo, gluten free, include prebiotic fiber, both lacto and bifodo cultures. can't really go wrong with theirs. also pretty affordable.

i have used two of theirs -
Dr. Formulated Probiotics Once Daily Men's Shelf-Stable
Dr. Formulated Probiotics Mood+ Shelf-Stable

important thing is to just be consistent with whatever you use. i know there's lots to choose from and it's tough to pick. just pick one and stick with it for a month to see how it works, if you don't like it then switch to something else/different brand

Haven't done a supplement, but I've incorporated a bunch of foods like Greek yogurt, kefir, kombucha, etc.
