Sluggish digestive system

So between the holidays and hunting season I have been drinking more than normal and eating heavy which has me feeling bloated and not as regular as usual.
Kicking off working out again and trying to eat cleaner. Any other recommendations on things to get everything jumpstarted? Do juice or water cleansing actually work?

Fiber is your friend. Also drink only water. Kick the sugar and alcohol to the curb for a few weeks.

Been there. Two things that honestly work best for me:
1) OxyPowder Magnesium Pills from Global Healing. To kickstart, maybe take 4/night before bed. I would start with 2 the first night and see what happens in the morning. They help calm/relax you so should help with sleep, too.
2) anytime i do intermittent fasting it definitely gets me back on track from a GI standpoint. coffee+water only until your window to eat.
Should go without saying, but drink more water, cut out booze, eat cleaner and be sure to eat enough veggies/fiber, etc.

Stop drinking. No sugar. Time restricted feeding. Focus on protein. Cut crappy processed food especially carbs and bad oils.
You don’t need to go load with fiber or any do some “cleanse” scam.
Eat complete proteins. When I get tired of meat and fish I eat Greek yogurt w berries and pecans.
You could set Big Ben by my GI clock.

I could never do carnivore. I love bread and fries too much. I'm not going for months without a doughnut. The payoff is not worth it..
