It's true. I get mine from an independent famers conglomerate in a neighboring state that delivers to a random driveway in my town where I have to go and pick it up.

But why soy specifically? There are other milk alternatives. There’s also lactose-free milk.

Almond or Oat are way better options than Soy if you can't have real milk
