Testicular hydroceles

Anyone have experience with this? Prob TMI, but started having soreness in right one about 3 years ago. Urologist noticed swelling and thought it was epidydimitis and did antibiotics. Didn’t go away so ordered ultrasound and found hydroceles in both testicles 2 years ago. No treatment was recommended as they would supposedly resolve on their own. Kinda forgot about it during the hectic course of everyday life, but really having soreness in the right one and it’s still definitely swollen
Am I dying?

I had a hydrocele repair maybe 8 years ago. The symptoms were the scrotum seemed swollen, and the veins to the testicle felt like worms. It was very uncomfortable to run at all.
The surgery went fine, and no issues now. The recovery wasn't so bad (at least I don't remember it being that bad), but I did use lots of ice packs the first few days and took a few days off of work.

At least your scrotum isn’t so swollen that your penis is no longer visible snd you need a catheter

I have a hydrocele in my right nut. I have discomfort of varying severity. I try to ensure my legs are spread wide enough to where I'm not sitting on my nut. Nothing worse than that though - just feels like a pinch from time-to-time (it's an enlarged blood vessel, as I understand it).

I’ve been having testicular pain/discomfort in the left one for 2.5 years
Testicular cancer runs in my family so I’m vigilant now about it all
Got it initially checked out. Got some doxycycline bc urology thought it was epidymititis. Luckily the testicle is never swollen or hurts itself .
MRI shows nothing remarkable except a possible varicocele formation . No cancer thank goodness
Pain never really went away. Hard to have pleasurable sex as the spermatic cord is hypersensitive and it’s like something uppercutting me in the balls at every thrust or contact with other person. Can’t really enjoy oral either ( a real bummer)
So I went back to urology in July. He did another exam and the same thing. No structural changes. He said there’s not much I can do bc it’s not infected so no need to take antibiotics for an infection that doesn’t exist
Referred to pain management for a cord block. Whatever it takes for relief and to try to get back to normal bc it hasn’t been since February 2022
Well doctor decided instead of doing a direct cord block directly to the area that hurts to go in the lower back and try to get at it that way . Of course it did nothing. No relief at all and a waste of time and money
So I’m going back for a follow up next week.. he said they can inject some sort of radio frequency device and denervate the spermatic cord that way to relieve some sensitivity
Not sure why we didn’t just freaking do that the first time. So annoying.
So yeah still suffering.
