The original and extended warranty does NOT transfer to another owner.
Main drawback to buying a used one. No warranty protection at all.
ETA: if you buy new and add any modifications (different pedals, swivel attachment, etc)…change it all back if a tech is coming to service bike….that stuff can void the warranty and extended warranty

Y'all see the new Lanebreak "game" they just rolled out? Might give it a try today.
Also rumors of them releasing a rower soon.

I saw the e-mail but not really sure what it is

My wife saw something about Lanebreak a few weeks back. I haven't tried it yet, but the screen is supposed to show you changing lanes when you go up or down on resistance. I might let my son give it a shot tonight.

Just did a ride with Sam Yo. Guy put us through the paces on the resistance (in the 60's with cadence around 100) but he did less of the rah rah stuff I've seen with the other instructors I've tried.

I wanted to die. Recovered by eating 5 pounds of crawfish washed down with a few Miller Lite's

I did the Rock Riot Lanebreak ride this evening. Kinda fun for a change of pace. Need some 30 min rides though.
Followed that up with a 30 min bodyweight.

I did my normal shite this morning then did the demo for Lanebreak. Seems like it could be entertaining. Will give it a try tomorrow.

How are you baws holding up? Looking forward to my third week on the bike.

Saturday was the first day I've missed on the bike. I was just so exhausted after hauling my kids around on a trailer all day after MG parade.
Otherwise, I've done at least a 30 min ride everyday, usually paired with some type of strength training, although last night I did 20 min of yoga after a 40 min ride.

About to start week 3 on the bike here too. Not sure what I'm up for today.

I need to wake up earlier to get a 45 min ride in. I’ve been doing the 30 min rides almost exclusively in the morning. Think I’m going to try the lane break thing tomorrow

I've been dabbling with the PowerZone rides. Pretty boring compared to the Lanebreak or instructor rides, but they are supposed to be good for just building strength and stamina.
I did a 60 min PZ Endurance ride the other day and it was just like doing a long tempo run, where you hold a comfortable, but kinda uncomfortable pace the entire time.
Just trying all the options right now.
Although I keep going back to the Kendall metal rides when I just want to hurt

Do you have to get cycling shoes?
Posted on 2/21/22 at 5:43 pm to Salmon
Has anyone had any issues with the red clips on the shoes that clip into the pedals? I noticed on my ride today that my left foot was loose and after the ride noticed a significant amount of play between the red clip and the base of the shoe.
Looks like I should just be able to tighten it with an allen wrench. Anything I'm missing here? Bike/shoes are only 3 weeks old
