this. typically start at 100mg caff 12.5mg ephedra aka 1/2 dose

200/25 is considered a single dose.

you can get ephedra in the form of primatene if needing the 12.5 dose or bronkaide for the 25mg dose. Walgreens has a generic for both. they are located behind the counter though due to meth dealers using it as an ingredient for meth.

will help control hunger and increases metabolism by 7-8%. If you have high blood pressure, do not take.

Keep that for the OT. My question was regarding peptides.

You are not eating right. You are eating like a pig. That was my point from the beginning. You are looking for a cheat code.

you sure? he has lost a bunch of weight already. there are other reasons to take GLP-1's and peptides in general. They have a ton of health benefits, especially with those that are over weight.

despite what the ot likes to post, serious sides happen in very few people, like less than 1%.

as far as the normal sides like nausea and diarrhea happen because people do not stay eating clean and within the caloric limits the medicine wants you to stay in.

His feathers got ruffled because he saw my dinner post in the Wfdt Little does the frick stick know is that it was my wedding anniversary so we did a ribeye dinner last night. Not sure why I even waste time explaining this but… my only intake prior to that dinner was a protein shake and 2 hard boiled eggs. For dinner I ended up eating a half of that ribeye and some air fry asparagus.

Also did 45 min of lifting yesterday followed by 30 min bike ride. Definitely pig like.

He’s one of those who is obviously disgruntled by overweight people finally having success with the use of GLPs.

He lost that weight taking GLP-1. He’s looking for cheaper alternatives.

I’m all for people getting their lives in order. I lost 70 lbs in the last year. I was depressed and miserable and dying. But I was honest about it. I was eating garbage and hadn’t been in the gym since Covid. I gained over 50 lbs in three years.

You’ve been on these meds and now you are looking for alternatives. Be honest.

I think you’re missing the entire purpose of this thread, bro. I’m done explaining this to you. Have good one

It doesn’t. At all. I’m happy you are getting healthy. But be honest about it. You have a man pouring out advice with the assumption you are considering peptides. But you are already taking a GLP-1. Be considerate and honest. That’s all I’m saying.

You haven’t explained anything. You should have said “I’ve been on GLP-1 agonists for a while and I’m wondering if peptides are cheaper.”

Instead you have people laying out weight loss advice.

why does it matter if someone takes a glp-1?

this is the same as the anti-steroid crowd who claims everything is because of the steroids.

i mean glp-1s have tons of health benefits.

and for the record every glp-1 is a peptide. it releases/blocks hormones already in the body as all peptides do.

Lsu77 what’s the strategy for people when they reach their goals with your protocol? Do they taper off the glp or always stay at the top dose? Do you get to just quit taking it when you’ve solved your metabolic issues? I’m assuming this is for people taking it to lose weight and get in shape; presumably if it’s for diabetes you keep taking it for life…

//edit Also in 2.5 years I’ve gone from 235lbs, 33 bmi and 30% bf with very low muscle to 185-190 and 13-15% bf via diet, lifting, and cardio. I’m almost 50, and it was very slow going. If I could’ve gotten the weight off fast with a peptide I surely would’ve gone that route.

you titrate up and then titrate down. usually recommend peopel stay on 2.5mg of mounjaro for health benefits. essentially you get glucose control with really no side effects, atleast no negative side effects

i do recommend the ghrp/ghrh combo go down to 100mcg each before bed if you would like. but you can keep it at 2 doses a day or even 3 plus the bpc. all depends on the person. check your igf score if you come completely off and see how that is. but in general gonna wanna stay on the higher doses a good bit longer to help the skin stay elastic and to help keep visceral fat down and recovery up.

i do recommend when you go down to lowest dose mounjaro you keep an eye on blood sugar. use berberine/Na-R-ALA to help control it if needed once you are at goal weight. its why i like glucophase so much, has all of the good proven blood sugar control supplements in it.

look for(especially if not on trt) getting dhea to cortisol levels to the 2:1 ratio or better.

if you would like you can even try titrating down to 1.25mg/week and then eventually down to zero. could even titrate up/down in half doses

so 2.5-->3.75-->5-->6.25-->7.5-->8.75-->10-->8.75-->7.5--->6.25-->5-->3.75-->2.5-->1.25-->0

should be able to put together a primer and a flow chart friday and post it.

H/F board is the best because of you. You lay it all out.
Where do you recommend getting the GLP1 peptides from?

First, check your insurance formulary and see if one of the 3 are covered. Mounjaro, ozempic, or Wegovy. If covered, it may just costs ya $25/month.

If no coverage, check domestic peptide sites that provide purity and quantity testing. I can provide links if you’re interested. Make sure to join some forums and educate yourself if you go this route.

prolly the best board for this is the meso-rx forum. they have a crowdfunding testing through anabolic lab and then have a european guy there who test samples. He test a lot a lot of samples of everything from glp peptides, to hgh to steroids.

If buying from domestic, I’d do it quickly. Big pharma funded FDA cracking down big time.

But from what I’m reading it seems these 2 companies were selling their peptides for human use instead of research.
