Caffeine decreases in efficacy the more you use it. Increasing caffeine intake works this week, but your body will start to see it as the new baseline, and expect that much stimulant the next time.

If you are getting proper sleep then I’d look at not eating carbs until you finish with work, having workout “snacks” (10 be squats every hour), and limiting caffeine.
My best diet for cognitive performance is
Breakfast: 1 Costco grass fed burger patty, two eggs, 2 oz of raw Gruyère cheese.
Lunch: 2 burger patties
Then anything else I eat will be post work.

1. Sleeping before 10pm, a must for me anyway.
2. Eat and drink water prior to any coffee. Coffee about 30 minutes after breakfast or with breakfast.
