Celsius older than 3 years

Has anyone had any older and still work as intended? I know you don’t need much and I had a bottle from a few years back and intend on using it but don’t want to waste my time if it won’t work. It’s about 6 years old.

I think it should still be okay but I’m not 100% sure to answer your question. Where I think you have issues is when that stuff gets mixed in your sprayer. Oddly enough I have a similar but different question. I mixed some Celsius and Sedgehammer up in my 4 gallon backpack sprayer Friday afternoon. I sprayed the front yard and sprayed my neighbors front yard. I mixed some more and was going to spray the backyard and got called in to work. The way I’ve always done this stuff is mix and spray immediately. I was going to spray Saturday afternoon which would have been in a 24 hour window and it rained when I planned on spraying. So I was going to spray Sunday afternoon and it rained again. Weather apps this time of year here aren’t very accurate. This stuff has been in my sprayer since Friday afternoon along with the surfactant and dye. I have no idea if it’s chemically become ineffective. I can’t seem to find a definitive answer on the internet from someone that truly knows what they are talking about either. I know I’m going to have to shake this sprayer extra good because one would have to think it’s settled to the bottom and could clog up the sprayer nozzle.

Where has it been stored? If away from sunlight it should be ok.
Earthquake-your mix is still fine to use.

Celciuis safe to spray for weeds on a 8 week old Bermuda sod? Has been cut several times and has taken off pretty well, all things considered. Concerned about spraying in this heat.
Or what would you recommend?

I used celsius a couple of months ago that is either 5 or 6 years old and it still did the job.

I put a tablespoon of Celsius to 3 gallons of water, just in case like ronk said.

That guy is so old I’m scared he might fall over dead in this heat. When the weather app says 5% chance of rain get your umbrella ready. If it says 95% chance of rain that really means it’s going to rain 3” two miles down the road. I’d say being the Mobile weatherman is exponentially harder than San Diego where it’s the same all the time.

I appreciate the love. There are many other posters that are knowledgeable here as well. I love talking about grass. If anyone is ever in Dallas and wants to talk grass and drink a beer I’m your guy.

My bottle is on year 5 and is effective but I do keep it inside under controlled conditions - I’ll use it up by years end and get another bottle.
