Go to halloween store and get one of those battery powered motion-activated skeletons or ghouls and put it out there. They are probably already on display in the big box stores.

get a fur rake for them and put all the hair in your flower bed

pretty good idea. Could even stop by a pet groomer/vet and ask for their waste. You don't necessarily have to tell then what's its for either. If they press, say you have a dog hair fetish or something.

Had an old farmer tell me one time to keep the deer out of his crops, they would cut ivory soap bars in half and place them around the perimeter.

The new internet version is Irish Spring soap. Trust me, I know) it doesn’t work.

Explain to me why do people put up with this shite.........

I'll never live where some committee or individual with the mentality of a Barney Fife can tell me what I can plant in my garden, what color I can paint my house, whether I can park a boat in my driveway, how long I have before a trash can in front my house draws their ire......

Its our first one and I actually like it. I am probably not gonna be a bum and destroy my property or trash it. Since it was a huge investment, I dont want my neighbors doing it either. It is good protection to keep my value up and keep from living around a bunch of trashy people

I get why some would dislike it and I get why its needed. For now, I am happy to be here and be protected from my neighbor having a 1984 Fiero up on blocks in the front yard

I do get it, but…
not being able to plant what I want where I want would bother me every single day. I would not be able to deal with it mentally LOL
