grab a couple of bags of play sand for $10. You may need to add some to make it level with the rest of the grass.

Looks like good, healthy Bermuda grass along side the trench…I would just fill in the trench with dirt and let grass grow to the edge. I’ll bet it will be fixed by the end of the summer if you keep it watered.

There's a dude down the road from me that does his lawn this exact same way. Never understood it. He keeps the lines nice and sharp and his lawn always looks good, but this type of edging is ridiculous and instantly draws your attention. Looks terrible and takes away from an otherwise really nice yard. To each his own though I guess.
