Get some bricks and weight down the plastic at the ground level.

I built a pvc frame also initially but realized that every cold event for us brings fierce north winds. The pvc doesn’t stand a chance..I ended up getting some electric Emt conduit and used these Corner and built a strong and sturdy frame.

Top it with some quality greenhouse plastic and no longer worry with wind.

Also use these clips to hold it to the frame

Yes, conduit works great. Slice a tennis ball and put it on top.
