Outdoor kitchen Vents

About to start outdoor kitchen. Live here in south Louisiana. How many island vents should I need to get? Here is the drawing of kitchen.

going to be brick wall, I was just wondering how many vents would need to go around underneath the island to allow oxygen to get in because I have read on here that with being humid south Louisiana you need some good airflow through there along with not building up gas...

Instead of vent, consider fans.
They serve dual purpose of blowing smoke out, and keeping flies at bay.
Worked for me in several situations

I am not talking about hood vents to move smoke. I am asking about safety vents under counter top around the kitchen bottom incase trapped natural gas etc...
