Another tip......

Toilets are heavy and not easy to pick up and move. Be very careful when setting the toilet down on a hard surface or you will break the toilet. Ask me how I know that.

Use a doormat or some carpet to be safe when setting it down.

Replaced all 3 in my house when I moved in with these. $200 a piece from Lowe’s and they are excellent - great flush power and don’t have the little flapper inside. They use the new design with a cylindrical valve. It’s a very satisfying flush.

I really like this setup. Not sure how it will last long term but so far so good.

Light years better than "Vormax" abortion of a design American Standard came up it. If I'd of known there was a Rube Goldberg system of levers and flappers and siphons I'd never of bought it. Only good thing is warranty parts though AS has been prompt.

I have a free brand new toilet you can have if you come pick it up. Taking up space in my garage. Nothing wrong with it, decided to change to pressure assist toilet after we moved in our new house.
Just needs a seat.

This is 100% correct. For the love of GOD, why people buy a cheap plastic seat is beyond me. The seat gets used more than most appliances in your house. Spend 20-30 dollars more and get a good seat.
