I was very pleased with Premier South's installation of my new construction metal roof, and also with their immediate response of an issue two years later.

Replaced roof 2 years ago. Premier showed up every time on time during pre-install. Everything was neatly staged for work the day before installation. A crew of 8 was on the roof by 7:30am and stayed at it until finished at 6:00pm. Some equipment rutted a neighbor's lawn. Without hesitation, they knocked $300 off the price to cover filling the ruts. That only cost me $100. Done well...done fast.

I’d love to get in on the action if not too late. We are actually doing a roof from a fellow poster here tomorrow. Saw his post. Met up. Spoke with him. We earned the job.
I don’t talk badly about any company. I have heard terrible things from insurance adjusters and home owners about the top 3 in our area. One as bad as grabbing guys from a HD parking lot and bringing them to install a roof.
Just like anything, if you’re in business long enough, you’re bound to piss someone off or have an unhappy customer.

that's not how it works and i doubt that was the real story.

They put in 120' of gutters on my place. Has leaked since day one. Just got my fourth visit from them to repair the issue after I filmed a leak test to show where the problem was. The gutters still leak. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner and they've not responded.
