All the above posts are true. Also, NIL deals cannot be tied to a specific university. So those deals can be broken. Now if a kid signs a deal and doesn't follow thru with it, the NIL collective or business can recoup what was already paid to the athlete.

I know. I was responding to a specific post to give more information about players ability to move and now NIL isn't an issue for that. He kind of asked.
