Why on earth should his employment hinge on his children’s school choice? He was a key figure in hiring the current coach. He is a valued and counted on member of the athletic department.

Karl Malone’s son didn’t go to La Tech
Jack Del Rio’s son didn’t got to USC
Ray Lewis’ son didn’t got to Miami
Ed Mcaffery’s son didn’t got to Stanford
Tony Moss’ so didn’t got to Marshall
Lorenzo Neal’s son didn’t go to Florida
Howie Longs son didn’t go to Villanova
Others Peyton Manning, Billy Cannon Jr, Terrie Robiskes’ son, Luke Walton, Brien Griese, Kellen Winslow, Dub and Bert Jones, Terry and Eric Metcalf,
Let the young man chose where is best for him! And you clowns who think Verge should be fired for ANY reason (much less where his kid goes to school) must then agree that Tate, Scott W and the entire BOS are protecting him... If he did something truly wrong you really think he would still be there. He has been 100% loyal to LSU as a player and employee for 30+ years

Not sure any of those kids went to school across the street from Dads school.
As for Moss and Malone they went up in classification.

None of their dad’s worked as an administrator in the AD’s office either.

if you have room you could offer austin to entice the brother
verge, you would think could pay for his son to attend along with TOPS
at end of day he has to do what's best for him and his dad verge probably told him this is your decision
Plus corner is a position of need. We will have 4 guys from this roster on there tops next year and 3 of them will be juniors or above.
