I absolutely love this!!! Now go post it on the SEC R. This is why I hated USC, Ohio State, Michigan, and now Bama so damn much. I just can't stand when the media pumps up anyone instead jus preaching what it is. They have to involve politics and I hate politics in sports or work. It's rediculous and FAKE, undermining everyone but their school or business of choice for their own amusement because they know people will take the bait. Especially kids which is sad!!! Something should be done about it and no I wouldn't like it if it were my school. Give us the attention and props we deserve and that's it.

He was a composite 5* when he committed. He dropped to the highest 4* after one of the sites updates a couple days ago.

What's "ridiculous" here is what a bunch of pussies y'all are. Jones is a borderline 4/5. While he was committed to Bama he moved a couple of spots. It didn't change his ranking much at all, but it was just enough for him to lose a star. Then he decommitted. If Bama wasn't beating us on the field every year y'all might have a point. Clearly they are out-recruiting us. Even this, our dream year, they are matching or slightly exceeding us. Demonizing your rival is a juvenile tendency. Grow up, and get over it.

I didn't realize that 247 or any other recruiting site was our rival. Go back and re-read my op. Nowhere was there any criticism/demonizing of any team. Simply pointing out a variance in the way a player was described in two articles appearing back to back on a single google search. Take your soapbox/pussyflaming to some thread which actually demonizes or criticizes a rival...and to somebody who actually gives a shite what you think. Thanks.

They did the same shite with Clifton Garrett. He's a five star guy on 247 and Scout.com, but Rivals has him at a 4 star and ESPN says he's a 4 star ILB.
He'd be a 5 star LB for Bama, probably. I guess it really just depends on what ranking system you adhere to.
