Just an observation...
Sounds more like you are hoping for this to be true.

Ford, Richardson, Williford, Calhoun if possible-soquiet with this guy besides his quick stay on TD, Brocker-gonna keep falling?, C Williams. Debose.
Ford will rise. I don't know how much, but he HAS TO RISE. He looked like a college veteran body wise at the LSU camp. Not an ounce of fat on him. He may move into the 170 range, but without actual game footage, I don't think they move him higher than that.
Richardson - Stay roughly the same. I could see him dropping a spot or two, but nothing that actually matters. If he does fall it has more to do with other guys moving up rather than him moving down.
Williford - Stays exactly the same. They just ranked him. Will be a low 3 star at the end of the year 5.6 3 star probably.
Calhoun - May rise a little bit because of the 40 times that came out recently. I could see him getting up to 120, but not any higher because of his size.
Brockers - Should stay right where he is. Sua'Filo owned him most of the LSU camp, so that didn't help his stock. He did beat XSF a couple times and battled him well, but rarely beat him. That is more of a testament to XSF that a downfall to Brockers.
Brockers has more potential than people give him credit. He should be around 150 by the end of the year.
C. Williams - Won't move. He didn't camp (I don't think he did at least) and his size will be a factor in keeping him ranked in the 220-250 range. With a great senior year he could break into around 150s...but his size will be his inhibiting factor.
Debose - I think he should be higher. 30s is too low for him. Hes a 5 star in my book. He won't move though because he hasn't participated in camps. His situation could be the same as TR's. May fall a couple spots if others rise...but not by a fault of his own.
Marlon Brown - Should drop IMO. Not ready to step in and play as a freshman. His technique needs major work. He should be ranked in the 40s.

Not really...we've had our share of success with RB's regardless of the coach at Arky

Do you have to be a member of Rivals to get on their main board?
Yeah, sorry. The scout mainboard sucks...that is one of Rivals major assets vs. scout.

LSU's consistent flow of RB's into the pros and the RB by committee philosophy (giving everyone touches and keeping them fresh for the NFL) will keep the elite guys interested...
Not to mention...winning National Championships and the SEC help too.

No problem. I'm glad I could help.
Luckily for LSU, it looks like ALL of LSU's recruits can only move UP in the rankings. No one can really drop from where they are now...we have a handful of guys that will increase over the year.
Also, look for commit Derek Helton (Punter) to be a 3 star and probably the #1 JUCO punter. He should be #2 Punter overall (his position ranking is very important in overall class rankings).

Lynx, wtf are you talking about? Any write-up that I've read doesn't mention anything different other than LSU being his leader. Where do you get committable offer from?
quote:
“I definitely still want to make a decision before the season starts,” Michael said. “Right now it’s down to LSU and Texas A&M. I’d have to say that I’m feeling LSU a little more right now. Yeah, I’d say LSU for now.”
That’s a change from a couple of weeks ago when he named the Aggies as his leader. Michael was scheduled to attend the LSU Elite Camp during that time, but was unable to make the event.

It may be more implied. With the Lacy and TR situations folding out, there seem to be this understood feeling LSU is finally going after CM a lot harder. JMHO though.

links to where scout said he will be a 5 star?

He has named LSU his leader when he is down to 2 when he wants to commit in the next 2-3 weeks. All signs point towards him having a committable offer with those things considered.
No top recruit would narrow their list to a top 2 and then say their leader was a school that hasn't 'offered' them yet....lets just use a little logic here.

I'm still not following. For the last week or so these two schools have been his leader. What's changed besides him saying "I'm feeling LSU." Maybe he's just throwing out a teaser? I don't see what has changed all of the sudden and why he would have a committable offer.

Well as long as it is true, I don't need to pay. TSD is enough for me.

actually he said A&M was in front not long ago, I think it even mentions in the article. with him jumping LSU out leads some to believe a commitable offer has been given. We'll find out in the next few weeks.

Scout article: "... the future 5-star running back has a little business to finish in terms of his recruitment."
The rivals info is more implied. He is at #59 right now and was the most impressive back at the invitation only camp in CA. The camp had #3 Cierre Wood, #9 Bryce Brown, #27 Trent Richardson, #62 Edwin Baker, and #87 Chris Whaley.

ditto. All signs point towards him having a committable offer now.
You can be speculative if you wish, but it sounds like LSU may get their 3rd RB this year in CM.
