Im a little ignorant on how the clearing house works. Major programs are dishing out serious money. What does the clearinghouse look at and WHEN. There isnt much precedent that i know of of getting approval or getting rejected.

LSU is good. They have invested a lot of resources in making sure everything will clear before it came to this. All their contracts clear because of spending years to understand whats needed

It's crazy how at one point we were considered behind on NIL, now we are damn near leading the pack

Obviously no one know the everyday ins and outs but from what’s been reported, LSU has their lawyers look at every NIL deal before it’s even offer it to make sure everything is legit and legal.

Delly seems to have shut up so hopefully that means we’re good.

We went from BK I am not bidding on players. To Kiffin who, whether he likes it or not, can function in the new world without ego. And has a great track record. Thank, goodness we got Kiffin for this very fast moving world of college football. Hopefully player evaluation at light speed actually works. And hopefully between spring and fall we can create a team.. Kiffin can do it if anyone can

LSU NIL is run through I think it’s called LSU Max or something like that. It has a board of directors that are lawyer’s or mostly. They have a contract with a company that seeks out brand deals for celebrities, singer, actors.and now college athletes etc. They link them up with LSU Max who then works out the details of the deal. The school has nothing to do with any of it. LSU runs or oversees the RevShare part of things.
