No they haven't. Kenny Young has been very honest that he wants to go out of state. Dupre was always going to take visits, so was Davon.
These kids have been feeding everyone bullshite, including coaches and supposed "insiders." I wouldn't worry about anything til NSD.
For every truth, there has been a hell of a lot of misinformation. They'll do what they want regardless of what they are telling anyone.

I'm trying to think of a single thing I care less about than the opinions and musings of a 17 year old kid. These kids aren't working on a cure for cancer, they are rolling a ball around on a field, and they are feeling RIDICULOUSLY entitled about it. And so half of them go FULL DRAMA QUEEN for a year and I'm supposed to give a shite?
Go to this school, go to that school, who cares? Come...Go...who gives a shite? The way this sub-culture fawns over these boys nauseates me.
I'll check back in February and I'll be at Tiger Stadium in September rolling with whoever is wearing purple and gold.

Let us not be pretentious about why we're all here. Every sanctimonious person telling others to "chill" and "you'll find out on signing day" are here for the exact same reasons as the people they are scolding. We want to discuss recruiting because it directly effects the state of the LSU football program more than any other.
If very good football players from the state of Louisiana are collectively deciding they don't want to stay home, then it will be discussed here. Why? Because LSU football will be effected.
If they are all just trolling us and deep down are Tigers, well, jokes on us. Eventually they'll cry wolf enough and we'll ignore it, but we'll still enjoy following the players this program is after.
If our local kids want to get the hell out of dodge then it will be discussed what needs to be done differently to prevent that from happening to keep LSU football competitive.

I just want to say that I honestly don't give a shite anymore. I used to. I don't now. This recruiting cycle has made me reflect of the Frankenstein-nature of this carnival we call recruiting and our role in creating and sustaining it. I'm opting out-except to express my quick opinion that there is a way to conduct business PROFESSIONALLY-and that it is time to call this process-and these entitled prima-donnas what they are. I'm tired of pulling my punches on this one. Let's bring a little honesty to this process instead of tiptoeing around the delicate sensibilities of all these 300lb Princesses.

It was one thing when he did/didn't commit. But once the coaches told him they still want him after his injury, and then considering HE also knows about 1/2/14, IMO it's trolling to take other visits. You're in or you're not at that point. Enough with the friggin games.

This is where we disagree. Taking visits is the perks of working hard and becoming a highly sought after recruit. He has given LSU his commitment and told them he would still make visits. That's his right to do.
And that statment's implications are debatable.
