All of that sounds good.
It's been way more BUST than BOOM.
The few transfer guys that have been productive here, were productive at the previous spot.
Most of the transfer additions that didnt have any production, have been bust. Look at the last 3 portal classes. The numbers dont lie.
Im not saying dont use the portal. I just hope Kiffin use a different approach than the last staff and go after guys who have the tape. Former HS star ratings dont mean nothing after 2 years of CFB and little to no production.

He's a take. Good player, Texas just had a really good and veteran Safety room, and Williams was coming off injury. It's not like he didn't play. We could definitely use him
