For those saying he's some kind of diamond in the rough, Mo Claiborne-esk guy flying under the radar.
Kids do NOT "fly under the radar" at EVANGEL. Every college coach in the country stops by there.
Northwestern State hasn't even offered

If Les didn't do a good job talking to Fobbs why would he take a trip. I know that in his trip to LSU he had a great sit down with Gozalez and Wilson and they showed him a lot of film on how he would be used. When looking back at Fobb's articles I didn't see where it said that happend at A&M. If I was him that would be something I'd like to know.

Yeah it is.... I just don't see why a kid who has been committed for this long to a school and hasn't taken his official is all the sudden now going after an in home visit by another coach of the big instate school. It hasn't been scheduled for him to go. If it had then I wouldn't think this.

I watched every LA high school football state championship game this year and Eric Thomas was probably the best player I saw all weekend. I actually started a thread about him during that time and had his stats written out. He put up over 100 yards on every good team they played this year. I don't know how good he will be at the next level but the kid can play.

By film alone Thomas is much better than people give him credit for. I'm not sure why he has zero offers... He might from small schools (espn says ulm I believe) and the services just don't know because they haven't followed him.
Btw Thomas was at Arkansas last weekend and they told him the same thing... He gets an offer if they lose a commit... So other div 1 schools are looking at him...
