College football is a one year sport

Build your team as best as possible and do it again the next year

If you were a former 4 or 5 star recruit on the bench at Ohio State, Georgia, LSU etc and being paid backup money, wouldn't you transfer to Texas Tech or Indiana where you'll start and get paid starter money?
