I would guess that it was a commitable offer early on but is no longer commitable b/c we filled up on dbs.

I think thats going a little too far right there, Green is a better overall player/prospect than Jonathan McKnight. I know he didnt have a commitable offer from LSU and chose Bama but to say he wont start on a BCS caliber team is crazy. He is going to start this fall for us and I think the kid has some ability. I dont think he is a world beater but you cant teach smarts on the football field which the kid has.

Why would LSU offer him a courtesy offer? We don't owe him or Joe anything. If anything, he would have to shine brighter than anyone else to get an LSU offer because of his brother.

Na brah, Hester was a 2 star. We get excited about 2 stars around here, but you can't use the JH argument for a 3 star. 3 stars never pan out.

no he's not.
I think McKnight had more INT's last year than Green had his whole career.
If anything they are about even. But im sure you come down and watch them play all the time.
