That’s a tough loss for Arkansas. They were all in on him since he got in the portal and they seemed to be counting on him. It’s miraculous that they generally recruit so well in the first place given everyone else is “throwing bags” at guys and they are just relying on the tradition and success of their program to attract players

Arkansas is desperate for weekend pitching. I heard last night their offer got north of $300K after missing on Cooper Moore. UGA got him for almost no NIL. He preferred working with Wes and Wes sold him on the adjustments he made in short time to max Paul’s talent. Just good recruiting by Wes because he connected with Volchko late.

I’d have asked him why his pitching at UGA has sucked the past 2 years

You could also ask Wes how many Tommy John surgeries have his pitchers had over his career.

I know Tenn fans were hoping to get Purcell so that’s nice that he went to FSU

LSU Baseball Recruiting is now following Logan Reddemann.....

ETA:
LSU Baseball Recruiting most recent previous follows:
Trent Caraway
Zach Yorke
Ryler Smart

A good sign, but not an indication that anything is done as they have also previously followed Joe Tiroly (UVA) and Cal Higgins (Texas)

Reddemann is definitely the more interesting portal pitcher to me over Volchko. Obviously Volchko has the highest upside but he's never put it together in 2 years in college.

Reddemann would be a really good bullpen arm and right away. You put him in that same group like a Zac Cowan almost.

Has Reddemann been confirmed on a campus visit to us at any point? I remember Cooper Moore being here and a few of the others were confirmed. I don't remember seeing any reports on Reddemann, but might have missed it?

he isnt very active and doesnt have many followers on x, but it's 95% college baseball HCs, PCs and recruiters

Good family. Dad was a kicker on the 03 national championship team before transferring to Nicholls. Had a couple of tryouts with the 49ers after college. Alex Romero
