LSU Alum here living in Arizona - Sundevil Season ticket holder. I am PRAYING we stay far away from Sam. I understand untapped potential but the kid only knows how to scramble and throws darts with his eyes closed. It would be insane to take a bet on a kid in what is turning out to be a "must win" season for coach Lane. Open to discussing further

I've said that for weeks now. We need big strong fast (for LB) and he fits the bill. He could be the next Devon White....who was originally a RB. Hope he stays and our DC makes his a star LB.

Gronowski. Didn't watch much Iowa but the little I did watch, not necessarily someone I would be excited about. Then again, Iowa's offense has always been a hard watch and I would trust Lane on QB evals.

I think he’ll be better than Bo Nix if he gets with Kiffin for two years. He can do everything necessary to be a great QB.

Must win season? Says who? I think LSU fanbase for the most part will be patient I think w Kelly we were hopeful but very skeptical. With Lane it sure seems like this was always meant to be.. we got our Guy so I don't feel near the anxiety when Kelly was announced. Id love a playoff berth year one.. I'm much more confident LSU is at least in the playoff in yr 2
