Any update on this? Just saw Burns on Jacquelin Roy’s Instagram story, although he’s from BR, so it could just be that he’s at home for summer.

Burns was looking GOOD in the spring game and although he only appeared in 5 games his freshmen year his best game was against UF with 3 tackles (not counting special teams). He was listed on their 2 deep entering the freshman season and if it weren’t for Richard Lecounte’s motorcycle accident, he probably would’ve redshirted anyway. His extremely short career sample size is following right along with a quintessential solid 4 star contributor in the SEC. I see him in the Brandon Taylor/John Battle/Etc... floor mold. Or he could easily become an ALL-SEC guy, the tools are there IMO.
