Pretty sure if she stopped doing his job, they could fire him with cause and forgo his buyout.
Much like O in his last season. Part of me wonders if he was retained for the end of the season after being fired just in an effort to have him screw up and void his buyout.

I don’t think he can just stop doing his job because he may be leaving soon. Someone needs to be out there recruiting.

Sadly true. We are not A&M coming up with a massive buyout. He’s got 5 more years here whether we like it or not.
