There is a form the player has to fill out and submit to the compliance office. They have 48 business hours to submit his name and paperwork to the NCAA or it’s a violation. I’m not sure what day he submitted his paperwork. If it was late Friday this could drag out into early next week.

Well I guess it’s a good thing Princewell is an edge rusher and not a LB.

There are a lot of tigers here in Georgia. Join the LSU Atlanta alumni club and get involved.

That’s an automatic NCAA Violation without being able to present definitive proof of tampering. Without the player’s cooperation, how would they be able to do that? The NCAA isn’t a court of law and can’t subpoena a player as a witness.
It’s probably a slap on the wrist penalty, but schools are not allowed to decline to enter players into the portal, no matter what is happening with their NIL Deals.

Someone needs to let Ole Miss, it is 2026 not 1826. There is no slavery.
Your denial of transfer is bs and petty.

Damian Wilson originally signed a 500k deal with Georgia the big difference is universities are writing contracts /or converting 3rd party contracts under the rev sharing umbrella which brings a new wrinkle, Ga is suing the kid for a half a mil, so he goes to Missouri does well but now is asking for the moon and has to tack on lawsuit losses. Player are screwing schools and schools are screwing and schools are screwing players. The rev sharing contracts are a different beast now.

Once a student-athlete enters the NCAA transfer portal, the university has a set amount of time to officially submit their paperwork to the NCAA.
For NCAA Division I:
Entering the Transfer Portal: Once a student-athlete enters their name into the portal, they’re allowed to transfer to another school and explore scholarship opportunities.
University’s Role: The university from which the student-athlete is transferring must enter the release into the portal within two business days of the student-athlete’s request to transfer.
The Release: This "release" is necessary for the athlete to officially enter the portal and for other programs to contact them. If the release is not provided, the athlete might face restrictions in transferring or communicating with other programs.
Scholarship and Transfer Considerations: After entering the portal, a student-athlete can begin to receive interest from other schools, but the decision to offer a scholarship is up to those schools.
In short, once the player requests to enter the portal, the university has 2 business days to complete the paperwork to make that official.

At this point, I can’t imagine that he would play for Ole Miss on principle.
