This is complete nonsense by the way. The university is responsible for representing itself to the recruits, and also making sure the recruit understands people on a message board do not represent their opinions.

ok let me slide this one in, this summer when rueben and i were going to the differnet schools, we met a lot of people.
lots of them post on various message boards. we would take pictures and have conversations.
well me being a miami fan and knowing people there personally, some of the pictures from there got posted on message boards, even this one.
there was a mini investigation just to make sure there was no wrong doing.
when we came to lsu for the bama game, i was invited out by some posters, some from this board were there.
the only reason i went was because there were posters from lsu, bama, oregon, usc and nebraska as well.
i would not have gone if it would have been fron only one school.
my brother and josh downs called and wanyed to hang out with me.
we had to answer questions to make sure there was nothing wrong there.
this is a very tight process and any wrongdoing can be damaging. if when we were in miami and any thing wrong would have been found, they would have had to stop recruiting him.

Great work TD.com. A damn OTGT is now costing us recruits. god. dammit.

I think that is what they call it when the people from this board get together in real life. OT is the name of another board. OT get together.

We should have Admin's monitor every RR post until recruiting is over.
Sometimes other schools fans posts as LSU fans to upset recruits and their families.
Some people have no integrity.
Your mom has every right to be upset at some of the things posted.
But many people posting hurtful things arent really LSU fans, if they were they wouldnt do anything to piss off future recruits.
Admins have been getting better by banning Flamers, but maybe by next year they will have it down to a science.
Many people laughed when others said recruits and their families read these boards, they arent laughing now.
Recruits and their families are fans just like us.
The Randles seem like good people. Thats a testament to your family and their values.
You come here with a level head and class.
Thats the team LSU is building this year..Integrity and Good Character.
LSU would be proud to have Reuben because he fits that mold as a person and an athlete.

man they have to play assignment football.
that was miami's problem. everyone was trying to make the play, then when you look around they play was coming where they were supposed to be

If i wasn't an LSU fan, I'd be a GT fan just because of Johnson. I absolutely love watching his offense. There's nothing like it. I keep telling people there's a good possibility that when GT gets the players situated into his scheme and the athletes, Georgia Tech can and will be discussed as National Title contenders in the next few years.

gap discipline is most important...especially with a young defense...look at a lot of long plays against LSU this year...LSU players over running the gaps.

Sorry I'm responding late..I just got back from the dentist.
The incident about recruits posting on the board was a Georgia recruit that just wanted to chat with some fans since he was coming to LSU.
As i recall LSU contacted the site and asked for recruits not to post here as it may be a violating of NCAA rules.
If i had to guess another school (guess which) had a hand in the incident.

If LSU plays some man to man, keeps a LB home in the middle and mixes in some corner blitzes I think they can contain GT.
They have to stick the tackles and play motivated but the game is winnable for sure.
LSU has top notch atheletes and they just need to play loose.
Let the game come to them and stop forcing a scheme they obviously have a problem understanding, I too have a problem understanding it.
