If it were me, I would redact the school and names if I were going to write an article or break information like that on X in order keep from burning bridges. These guys need sources, and that would be "the more professional" way to handle it.
Redaction doesn't fit the sensationalism narrative that is rampant in today's media coverage. That's the unfortunate part about it all.

He's most definitely drummed up a lot of assertion out there today with LSU primarily be attached to NIL deals that will not make it through the clearinghouse.
This is potentially damaging
To be seen what, if any, damage is done, and TBS how this ultimately plays out with the NCAA clearinghouse. Maybe his assertions will prove to be right

Don't know how this is going to turn out but if he's reporting accurate information from the other side at least we can get an idea of what LSU is going against instead of just wondering why he hasn't signed yet.

It depends on what their market value is on that side. The staff has a pretty good idea of what will get through and what won't at this point in time. Delly is just speculating at this point, and he is throwing out some sensationalist fluff.
Sorsby was good for 2 or 3 million on the 3rd Party side. Then, he could pick up another million or 2 from the Rev Share side. As long as the 3rd Party side was set up from the beginning, it doesn't count against the Rev Share side.

Exactly. Every story about LSU is either from the perspective of UW or Ole Piss. As if they wrote it and handed it to him. It’s not unbiased reporting that just happens to be about LSU.

It's half-truths for clicks. If he has an understanding of how Rev Share and 3rd Party NIL actually works, he should be ashamed of himself for spinning it like that. The example he gave doesn't show anything other than a top player being offered his market value through a 3rd Party NIL deal set up from the beginning which is how you're supposed to do it if you don't want that large sum taken from Rev Share.

You do realize that Ole Miss is just using him for a mouthpiece right? He’s put out at least 4-5 things spoon fed to him that literally wasn’t true. Delly has never cared for LSU. Many in the media have stated that. He’s also extremely butt hurt because he was a Woodward guy. So Delly can go frick himself.
