Yes absolutely. He's an elite Percy Harvin type of athlete.

Wow, well I will have to disagree with that. Harvin's film looked much more impressive when I saw it. If he has close to Harvin's hands though, he would be a good pickup for LSU.

Tigercat: He won the LSU WR MVP at camp this summer so to say he has unknown hands is just dumb. Obvioiusly the coaches thought he could catch.

Travon Reed is super talented and will be top 1,2 player in the state with a 5, very high 4 star rating.

Also that film that you are referring to is (almost positive) his Soph. year.

The kid is going to be bad.

Unknown hands based on his film. Good to hear, though.

Yeah that film is from his soph year. Someone from that area was here the other day and mentioned that.

Most of Debose's highlights are him running with it but he's one of the top-ranked WRs in this class.

Also, just for fun in case you hadn't heard. Reed, last friday, went off for about 300 ish yards I believe BUT what i do know is that he had 7 TDS! And he was 8 for 8 passing. Guy can do whatever you want him to with the football in his hands.

Right now, I would go Broadway, Broussard, Reid.

Tigercat I am gonna call it like it is and say you are an ignorant idiot. You have no idea what you are talking about. TR's talent is without question elite.

Yeah...You don't have any idea what your talking about. He projects at a WR, but plays many positions just like Andre Debose has. If you don't think Reed is an elite ATH, then you must think the same for Debose.

Debose is a little faster, and looks like he has better bulk. Tough to say for sure how much bigger he is though.

I admit I did not know that Reed won best WR at the LSU camp, that does make him a good prospect at WR. I guess I am idiot that "Doesn't know anything" because I wasn't up to date on camp awards.

No, you're an idiot for basing your opinion on his sophomore film. If you don't have enough facts to base an opinion on someone...........STFU.

Reed is a great athlete. He just may have problems adding some size and strength. His frame is somewhat frail.

As opposed to everyone else on this board that have seen him play in person? Really? (I do realize there is a very small amount of people here that have at least seen him in person though.)

He should be OK at WR, Chris Mitchell had a similar frame as a soph/junior.

Better watch out though, you shouldn't be stating an opinion unless you have watched him play in person like everyone else!

If that is the criteria around here we better shut down the whole recruiting board, or call nearly everyone on the board idiots.

I'm sure a handful of people here have. Everyone who talks recruiting is going to have an opinion of a recruit they haven't seen in person sooner or later though.
