The talent was always there. Brad didn’t know how to coach them

These are talented guys that had terrible OL coaching and terrible offensive gameplans/schemes.
They will excel other places, at least some of the ones listed. Curne, Echols, and Adams I really think have good potential.
Chester is just bad

Curne Echols and Williams were young players; hard to judge them off 1-2 seasons here
Chester and Mubenga were that bad, yes
As much as I would LOVE Chester to end u pat Bama, I dont see that happening

Never meaning they weren’t all conference as true sophomores. This whole thing has is an over reaction.

A bunch of 325 pounders with small arms, skinny necks and spare-tire abs. These guys were committed to eating to gain weight instead of training. When the gravy train ended they ran away. We need some guys who want to work. Moffitt was missing and Davis sucked, these guys suffered

Chester - Possibly Bama
Please god yes.
Watch him end up as All-SEC somehow. If that happens, I think we’ll KNOW who’s to blame

Some OL are naturally passive or lazy and you have to build that mean streak into them. Brad built a soft and cuddly streak into his guys.

Our OL anchored by Will Campbell struggled running the ball. What's that tell you about Davis?

Davis was terrible at development and teaching. Technique. Like terrible.

Someone posted the offensive stats on a thread a while back at every one of his stops and I feel like the only time one of his squads broke top 20 was jayden daniels

Things didn’t improve one bit after Sloan was fired

At least 1 maybe 2 of the guys he recruited will be all conference in a couple of years. His idea of development is screaming at them. No clue about fundamentals and technique.

Headlines!
Bama signs multi year starter from SEC rival!! Can play all 5 OL positions with equal ability.

There’s a reason he’s still unemployed
