With NIL deals already in place by NSD we will never see signing day flips like we did pre-NIL.

It appears to me on the outside looking in, that this staff has implemented some recruitment management expectations of the high-school guys.. I continue to read about visits that may not have been granted permission or even the timing and uniformity of announcements. If so I think thats very healthy and sets a good environment for acclimating to the new culture CBK is building.
