Guess y'all didn't follow him on Jan. 2. Went from 5-5 to 4-5 to 2-5 to 1-5, even putting out that there was buzz of LF to Texas. We all know bowtie and Jimmy are tight, but that made me laugh..

His prediction was 2/5, but before the game said he was hearing 5/5, but didn't say he was changing his prediction. There is a difference.

So Sabin is rumored to be in Georgia, Louisiana, Florida, Texas and California....... Today. Must be a clone.

Right, he said something like "5/5 may not be dead yet...."
Of course, that covers him if 2/5 happens or 5/5 happens.

Miles is on an extended pre-weekend trip. Today he is visiting 5* Malik McDowell and his parents in Michigan prior to his OV (24th) and then 5* Lorenzo Carter and his family prior to his OV this weekend. LINK
With Adoree and Dupre there are at least 4 5* stars with high interest in LSU, and 5* Chad Thomas is still talking to the coaches about a visit.
Maybe the question is not if we are going to fill the class, rather how many can we take? The staff is sorting through over 30+ top targets, and another 15+ or so high interest recruits.
This is the same position we were in for the 2009 class, with the top third not visiting until late Jan and most not committing until NSD or just before.
I wonder how many 'miles' the coaches will log before NSD and how visitors they will pull to campus?

The last few months, looking at all the highly ranked prospects that were strongly considering LSU, I thought there was little chance Gage would get an offer.
But that does appear to be more possible now, will the Tigers sitting at 18 commitments this close to NSD. It looks like there will be enough DB's on board and some great prospects for the 2015 class. I would rather see Granier get an offer--think he has more potential and that is definitely a position of need.
