what did we blow to frickin indiana? 12 point lead? made me sick.
we had those clowns beat. F keith smart and rick calloway and dean garret.
Grinds my gears to this day - the Hoosiers could not stop Nikita, but we went four corners and stopped getting him the ball.

Don't discount Bobby knight banging the phone and totally intimidating the refs. They got every call after that.
In retrospect, Dale should have gone right behind knight and banged the phone 20 times.

He should have been tossed. He got one T - he should have gotten two.
And yes, they did hack us a couple of times down the stretch and did not get called and they got steals. But IMHO that was a product of trying to hold the ball and run clock. If we'd have kept pounding the ball inside to Nikita, they had no answer.

I was lucky enough to get this signed jersey in a silent auction at a TAF event after the 20-year reunion for this team. Signed by all except for Don Redden, of course, may he rest in peace.
