Think you'll regret it once they announce the new coach?
Gonna be some great home games between '22-'24

Orgeron + players with bad attitudes and low character. The whole program needs a serious scrubbing. I am a long time season ticket holder as well, and I will give it another year or so to improve. I have not attended a single game this year and will not.

Gave them up a few years ago after 20 years. Too much going on with the kids schedules that I didn’t want to miss and lsu was a Whole day commitment pretty much. Also the expeirence has changed - much more corporate etc. When I first got my tickets I knew everyone around me within a few games. Now it’s different people every week. Could only make a few games a year and had trouble selling most games for anywhere near cost.

It’s easy to pick up tickets for any game I can or want to go to now. Even paying a big game surcharge I’m still saving a ton of money.

Why are some of you acting like jerks to this guy?

I think he makes a good point. As we get older, it naturally gets harder to physically attend games. I'm pushing 60, so I don't get around like I did when I was 25. If we are tailgating too, it also gets harder to do all of the work necessary. With all of the conveniences available now like HD & 4K big screen tvs, it's very tempting to stay home and watch. I understand it.

Exactly. I'm in my 70's and going to games now is a hassle. At least I can tag along with my son and daughterinlaw driving. My grandparents use to drive from Alexandria to New Orleans and watch Tulane in the afternoon and LSU at night on the way home. We're talking no interstate and the airline highway. Things were much easier back then compared to the nightmare caused by enlarging stadium but relying on same traffic setup. It will only get worse. Even the most diehard fan has his limits. And the younger fans who have the energy to fight it, unless they have family money or are doctors, can't afford the expense.

slow down there, cap. an individuals priorities change over time. mine have. had season tix for +/-22 years. what i hate...for example...got back to metairie at 3 am after the auburn game this year. that takes a lot of the fun out of it.

also, with kids involved in their own HS sports, friends with kids the same age, sometimes i cannot find people to go with.

that he could still buy tickets too (if he wanted) and still come out cheaper than season tickets/TAF fees without having to worry about rent-a-wins or bad/hot weather

It's become smarter to buy individual game tickets and has been that way since they surcharges started in the early 2000s.

I'm in my late 60's, have been attending games since I graduated in the mid 1970's. Have an outstanding parking pass and great seats. It's a 2 hour drive for me.

This year I gave it all up. As others have said I'm too old to be driving home at 1am plus the first few games are just too hot especially day games.

Tailgating areas disappeared.

This is what killed it for me. Limiting where you can tailgate. Paid parking. Makes me think the administration wanted to end tailgating on campus. It worked for me!

Dad and I are pretty much in the same boat. Live 2 hours away. If it's a night game, I dread driving home now. We've had our tickets going on 25 years. I just want to hold on to them until I can take my smallest one to a game, then, we may decide to turn them loose.

Should have just leased out the season bundle in case you want them back in a few seasons. People buy them up quick with how long the list is to get season packages

I'm still pretty young but I'm already kind of feeling like this. It's such a hassle getting in and out of campus. Having to stick around all day. Not to mention Tiger Stadium isn't exactly luxurious.

You sound like you just got out of college.

LSU is the reason for the atmosphere change. Parking is a nightmare unless you get there 10 hours early. Want to tailgate? frick that, gimme your parking pass. Tailgating is living off legacy at this point. 2004-2010 was PEAK tailgating. Then they converted everything to paid parking and horrendous traffic control.
